Senator Barrett  moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for S.B. 275 - A Bill to amend and reenact §18A-2-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing the requirement for cooks and custodians to have a high school diploma or equivalent as a condition of employment by a county board of education.
